I have been doing property development all my life in some way or other and built my first house when I was 20. My first major development was in the Mid 90's, I created a 20 acre, 7 lot residential area with a 300 ft road and cul-de-sac. On this property I built 4 houses and sold the other 3 lots. Over the years, I created multiple companies including Construction, Concrete Work, Development (Residential and Commercial) and many types of home and building renovations. My wide range of expertise from simple home repair to the drafting and submission of contract and specifications put me and my team in the unique position of being able to help you with virtually any project or repair!
