RANDAHL CONSTRUCTION

  1. Partnered with Randahl construction where our projects included:

    1. Built Clean rooms and other projects for Perrigo pharmaceutical. Value about 3.5mil was done on time with substantial profit.

    2. Completed multiple projects at MTS systems which yielded high profit margins.

    3. Other miscellaneous projects such as zoning and licensing assistance.

Residence Construction

HOUSE BUILDS

  1. Several house builds in Anoka County MN from 1983 to Present.

  2. House build in Coon Rapids MN in 1986 as sole developer.

  3. House build on Little Coon Lake MN in 1987.

  4. Bought and remodeled a home for rental in 1989 on Coon Lake in Anoka County MN.

  5. Bought a house on 20 acres in 1993, performed a complete remodel then sold the house, then developed the remaining land into multiple lots.

  6. In 1997, I bought a 40 acre parcel in East Bethel MN and built a house on it.

  7. In 1998 I bought 35 acres and developed it into multiple lots.  On this land I also built a concrete house that was 4000 sq ft with a multi-level 2400 sq ft garage and added a large 5000 sq ft shed.

Commercial

INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT

  1. Performed crossroad construction, general contracting and sound abatement of several hundred houses surrounding the MPLS Airport.

  2. Did an excavation project on a land deal with United Properties.  Completed soil correction on 40 acres which required moving about 1.5 mil yards of soil.

  3. Completed multiple land development projects and built and leased 5 commercial buildings and several houses.

1. Developed an industrial park in Ham Lake MN where I built most of the buildings that were then sold or leased to own. 
2. Developed a large farm with multiple acres on wetland, to do this I made a deal on 2 parcels of land, one was an industrial park and one was residential.
